MHC expands from 2 franchises in Catskill & Hudson to 26 franchises across Columbia, Greene, and Southern Albany Counties; upgrades the network from 300 to MHZ for era leading performance and picture quality.

1980
MHC upgrades and rebuilds it’s 1200 mile system, adds 300 miles, and helps construct an additional 1500 miles of cable for neighboring systems in CT and MA.
