Equipment must be returned to the office within 2 weeks of disconnect to avoid unreturned equipment charges
Contact office if transferring services to avoid a disconnect or loss of discount if applicable.
Days and time the drop box is out front for contactless pick up (M-F, 8A-5P , Saturday 8:30A-4P)
Customer responsible for unreturned equipment even lost or damaged by mail receipt for returned equipment will be mailed with final billing statement
Seasonal customers are required to return their equipment
Office will call to confirm details have been submitted to their account
