I spoke to Vernon to get internet set up at my house. He explained a few things that hadn't been previously explained, which was very helpful. He made signing up very quick, easy, and informative. I can't speak for the internet service, or the technician yet, but speaking with Vernon was great.

Dan and Jason were amazing for wifi and Eero installation! They were super personable, helpful and cleaned up after themselves! Everyone loves a man who cleans up after themselves 😆 my internet works wonderful in all areas of my house now, and before I barely had service anywhere in here! Midhudson was truly so easy and great from the initial phone call all the way to the installation. I highly recommend this company for wifi!

We have internet-only service from Mid-Hudson Cable in a condo we own and rent out. We recently got a comment from a renter about the internet being slow and dropping every few minutes. I called to ask if there was an upgrade to the router or service we could make to fix the issue.I spoke with John in the IT department. He was SUPER helpful, ran a speed test remotely, and looked at the devices that were connected in the past few days during the rental. He noticed the particular brand of TV we had and explained that he had the same kind and had the same issues with his. He said when he switched TVs, the issue went away.I think this is our problem as well, as I've never had an issue with my phone or laptop connecting. We're really thankful to have someone who stayed on the phone to figure out the issue instead of needlessly upselling us on service or products. Really can't thank them enough.The internet service is otherwise fantastic, and the customer service is unparalleled, in my opinion!

Fantastic experience with Mid-Hudson Cablevision. The chat bot answered several of my questions right off the bat. When I called in I got to a live agent very quickly who was able to walk through the set-up, fees and options for a new service. I got a new account and install service set up within just a few minutes.

The website registration locked me out of changing the billing address, but simply asking the phone robot for a "representative" gave me terrific and quick response. With help, I paid my outstanding bill, changed my billing address and started auto pay in less than five minutes. The representative was fabulous, easily as good as the light speed internet provided.

I've had mid- Hudson cable for a while now I just had an issue with my internet connection office hours are closed but got help from Mike from tech support he did an amazing awesome job got my Internet connected fairly quickly without having to send out any technicians found the problem quickly and fixed it for me. They could have let me wait until office hours but Mike solved the problem very well.

Customer Service is great very friendly and courteous. I am sure they hear complaints all day long. We don’t have competition on the Mountain Top so your stuck with them or satellite. Prices keep going up you pay for things that you don’t use like the guide or sports etc. And they always give incentives to new customers signing on how about give something to customers that have been with you. I am thinking about dropping cable and just paying for internet because with the trying times now we all have to budget the best we can. And I have to have internet for school.

I live off Bogart road, and had Verizon dial up service and it was so so so so slow. Finally a guy who works for Mid Hudson cable came to buy something off me, and he said it was their cable on the telephone pole, so I ordered it. Well of course it came after all the ice we had. I would like to give your technician Scott a shout out as I had to go pull his truck up the hill that was covered with ice and help him get back down. I don’t think anyone else would have even attempted to get to my house. I would just like to thank him, and let you know he went above and beyond, and should be recognized for it. Thanks Scott from England. He did a great job. 😁

The quality of the phone service is outstanding. I’ve never had any issues. I did have a second line installed, If you need a change in service and it can’t be done via the phone, they compete most normal services in 24/ hours They call and keep (me) the customer updated.

Since they ran fiber-optic to my home, I have rarely had an outage… in 2 years I have had only one outage that lasted more than an hour. The other couple of outages were under 15 minutes. Tech support is excellent. Super-fast upload and download speeds. Overall excellent company and excellent staff. Great price too.

Very happy with mh cable,especially Vernon at mid Hudson. He got me straightened out so I could watch the bills game on Saturday night. To be able to talk to a human on a Saturday night is amazing. And the guy seemed glad to help. Great service

I was pleasantly surprised to find that my monthly bill would be significantly lower once I switched to Broadcast Basic only. Rebecca was very helpful.
