Expensive … like REALLY expensive. But it does what I need it to do and their customer service (online chat) has been great the few times I’ve needed it.

We had a great experience with Mid Hudson Cable.The associates that helped us were very polite and offered the best customer service. We are very fortunate they are there. I'm always surprised by how great the customer service is from Mid-Hudson Cable This is not the norm in today's society unfortunately. For example - spoke with 'Donna' yesterday regarding costs and potential ways to save on my bill - and surprise - I spoke with a human being with a real-life personality! What a pleasure. Kudos to MHC for 'keeping it real' and Donna deserves a 'job well done' from management!

It was very helpful having the chat feature. Usually problems happen after hours and this was an easy fix. I’m new to midhudson and all the intricacies of streaming and the person on chat new what was wrong instantly.

I spoken to Mike in the technician office, who was a wonderful person to talk with he helped me with everything I needed and went well above his duties I am forever grateful for him and this company. There is no one I rather speak to than him with any concern or issue I have he is a truly genuine person who has touched me and my family. Peggy was very efficient in terms of signing me on and answering my questions. Prices are way too high. There should not be additional charges year after year. It makes this service become unaffordable over longevity.
