I had my Wi-Fi cut off today because I was behind on my payments and while my 4-year-old was having a meltdown that she couldn’t watch the videos because of no Wi-Fi I contacted Mid-Hudson cable and was contacted back by a woman named Michelle and she proceeded to do everything possible to get my Wi-Fi turned back on even as far as let me make a small payment of $50 until payday she was so helpful and friendly and understanding and save me a long night of a screaming 4 year old who usually goes to sleep watching her cartoon videos so thank you very much Michelle you’re doing an amazing job

Had a problem with our internet. Submitted a chat and was able to start texting with tech support within minutes (at 8:30 pm). Problem was fixed within minutes.
I have only had internet service through mid-Hudson cable for a short time. So far my son is very impressed by the speeds of just the cheaper internet offered . He streams every night with no issues at all. We are from an area that had a different cable company that was so bad this is the first time in many years I have even had internet in my home. Thank you mid-Hudson Cable!!!!!

Daniel was OUTSTANDING! He came to our home on the coldest day of the year, never complained once. He went above and beyond to fix our service.
I have never been able to make a cell phone call from our home on my cell phone. Dan fixed that along with our service. I have serious health issues and need to send daily medical levels- our service had been dropping all the time making this life saving information impossible. Daniel is thoughtful, kind, and his work ethic is impeccable. He speaks so highly of your company and loves working there. Please make sure he is valued and appreciated!

Outstanding internet service, and outstanding customer service. Since they ran fiber-optic to my home, I have rarely had an outage… in 2 years I have had only one outage that lasted more than an hour. The other couple of outages were under 15 minutes. Tech support is excellent. Super-fast upload and download speeds. Overall excellent company and excellent staff. Great price too.

I enjoy MHC, however, even though you are reliable, I am now trying to open an account with Boost Mobile it would save 30.00 per month for a faster download speed. If you could reduce your I would stay with you. If other companies offer competitive pricing, I believe you could do the same.

Have enjoyed Mid-Hudson Internet and phone. Had a billing question and even on a Saturday received a prompt and courteous text reply from Rebecca answering my question …..
I was pleasantly surprised to find that my monthly bill would be significantly lower once I switched to Broadcast Basic only. Rebecca was very helpful.
