Many factors can affect speed performance including the age of the device, existing software, and any viruses or malware. Follow the steps below to improve your internet performance.

Reset Your Equipment

Resetting your equipment solves most problems, whether you have a slow connection or no connection at all.

If there’s an on/off switch, switch it off and wait for 30 seconds before switching it back on. If there is no on/off switch, unplug your modem and wait for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Once the lights stabilize on your modem’s display, you’ve successfully powered it back on.
